Was scam resort

Very helpful staff, good restaurant parking convinient

They gonna milk your money for every little thing. Charged me 20 usd for plastic hotel band. I was a solo traveller. But originally room was allowed for 2 persons. But they were asking me 50 usd for another friend visit as i didn't mention the name in check in. End up not paying them. No microwave to heat up the food. Shower was ok. At the end end my mistake that i booked last moment whatever available. But if you have other options i suggest try others. Happy holidays! Gracias!

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this resort. However, I must admit that the food was terrible, which unfortunately prevented me from giving it a perfect score of 5/5. One of the most significant drawbacks was the lack of elevators in the area that wasn’t connected to the peninsula. This made it quite inconvenient to move around. On the positive side, breakfast was the only decent meal I had. The food was significantly better outside the resort. I also heard that their elite club offers better food, so you might want to consider checking that out. The resort has many lounges, and they keep it very clean. While this resort is family-friendly, I wouldn’t recommend it as a place to stay if you’re looking for a lively and exciting experience. It’s more of a relaxing and laid-back resort. However, you do have access to other RIU hotels if you’re looking for a more vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
